At Ory Florals, every arrangement is handcrafted with care using fresh, seasonal flowers. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we want to ensure you understand our shipping and return practices before placing an order.
Local Delivery Only
We currently offer local delivery within our designated service radius (please see When and Where We Deliver). Delivery availability, tax, and fees will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Replacements
Because flowers are perishable and each arrangement is custom-designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Quality Concerns
If you have any issues with the quality or condition of your flowers:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If an error is made on our end, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost. Please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.
